1. The customer submits their request to the seller using the 'Return / Exchange Request Form'.
2. The seller verifies the information provided on the completed form.
3. The seller is responsible for informing the customer in writing about the details of the process and any important considerations. This information can be tailored to the details declared by the customer on the relevant form.
4. The customer is responsible for delivering the product they wish to return or exchange to the seller according to the instructions provided by the seller.
5. The customer must deliver the product in accordance with the conditions explicitly stated in the 'Return / Exchange Conditions' section. Any material damages arising from the customer's failure to adhere to these conditions will be charged to the customer or offset against the refund amount.
6. The seller examines the received product and, if it meets the relevant conditions, approves the return / exchange process.
7. If the seller determines that the product does not meet the necessary conditions, the customer will be informed, and the product will be returned to the customer in the same condition in which it was received.
8. For exchange transactions, the seller will send the replaced product back to the customer.
9. For return transactions, the seller will request a refund through the virtual POS provider (Iyzico) on the www.ketche.co website within 14 days. The request will be made through the provider’s own panel (Iyzico) for the amount of the relevant product. The time it takes for the amount to be transferred from Iyzico to the customer's bank depends entirely on the agreement between Iyzico and the relevant bank.

• If the product(s) you wish to return are defective, our company will cover the shipping cost. In this case, you must use the agreed-upon carriers. When you submit your return or exchange request via email, you will receive a shipping code related to our shipping agreement, and you should use this code to send the product to the carrier.
