I use a silicone cover on the outside of my MacBook. Can I use the Ketche MacBook Sleeve with the silicone cover on my MacBook? The Ketche MacBook Sleeve is precisely designed to fit the exact dimensions of your MacBook, so it cannot be used with a silicone cover on the outside of your MacBook.

I use a different brand of laptop with the same dimensions as a MacBook. Can I use the Ketche MacBook Sleeve with my laptop? Even if the inch measurements, height, width, and depth are the same, the design and materials of different laptops may cause compatibility issues with the case. Therefore, Ketche Sleeves are only compatible with the specified model.

The code starting with A on the back of my MacBook is not listed on your website. How can I determine if the case is compatible with my device? The same model devices can have multiple A codes. These codes vary based on technical and performance specifications rather than physical characteristics of the MacBooks. The case’s compatibility is based on the device’s chassis. Even if the A code differs, you can purchase the case if the production year and model of your device match the model name listed on our site. For example, the latest MacBook Pro 13-inch Touch Bar models have multiple codes such as A1706, A1989, A2159, and A1708.
